Their software doesn't work on z890 motherboards. Or at least not mine ASROCK Z890 PRO RS WIFI White. apparently lots of other people have the same problem with their AIO LCD screens from this model. On mine the software crashes when detecting hardware, even though I have it all setup correctly.
