No "gms" script in fresh downloaded files.

Please describe the problem or enhancement:

Today, I have dowanloaded "gamess.Sep302019R2.tar.gz" and "gamess-current.tar.gz".
However there aren't containing "gms" script and "gamessQ" application.

How or where do I get "gms" script and run?

If this is a bug report please list the steps required to reproduce the problem:

What version are you running?

What OS are you using? (please include 32/64 bit and if Linux the specific distribution)

Hello,
The gms script should be in the main directory with the gamess binary in the MacOS X download. Otherwise there is a base version in the tools directory of the source download.
