Missing postman/endpoint access rights guide

When setting up the nest-enforcement-backend project, I came across the issue of requiring access rights to use the endpoints.

To use the endpoints, one has to be both added to the enforcement group and install postman:
Suggesting to add a postman setup and a guide on how to gain access rights to the endpoints.

Postman(for authorization)

Note: To have full access to the endpoints you would have to be added to an enforcement group to gain the required access rights.

Install Postman.
