Add record option is not showing and Grid is not rendering in reference panel

Hi @brasov2de,

First of all this feature looks awesome on grid and thanks for posting such a nice solution :)

I can see in last issue discussion you mentioned this will not support all grid features such as sorting etc. I got similar issue like:

1. Add record button is not visible after applying this control.
2. We are using grid inside reference panel and switching between panels then grid is getting disappeared.

I like to know if is this a known issue? Do we have any workaround for this?
