This issue proposes to have example script that shows users how to show plots (such as brain surface plot with graph measure value or comparsion, adjacency matrix as well) and as well to save the plots. This needs to be addressed to cover enough settings (CON, FUN, ST, with various types of graph etc) sustainably enough for user to directly use them.
