Wrong dependency added in 3.33.0

This commit has added npm as a dependency.

I believe it's a mistake and should be reverted.

Hi @kirillgroshkov, thank you for pointing this issue out! We have published a version 3.33.1 that does not include the dependency, and will deprecate version 3.33.0.
