Migrating to the new Apollo's tracing url

According to this, Apollo changed its tracing url. I saw that you use the old one and take it from a const (https://engine-report.apollodata.com/) and we need to report to the new one (https://usage-reporting.api.apollographql.com/).
Can you support configuring this url, or consider migrating to the new one?
