Project Description

  • To bring preprints to life by creating a publishing workflow that can seamlessly integrate narrative and executable content.
  • Our findings are too cool to be trapped in PDFs. This project is exciting because it demonstrates that a publication's prestige can arise from its inherent ability to provide insights, not solely from the journal's title.
  • You may take a look at https://neurolibre.org, https://docs.neurolibre.org to start with.

Goals for Brainhack Global

Good first issues

  1. issue one: Make repo2data aware of existing projects, do not overwrite data in case a new submission name coincides with an existing one. This information should be accessible by the submission portal.

  2. issue two: Clean up and refactor the full stack server Python code.

Communication channels
