@cliffordp That's probably because the images and script are hosted on a server and linked to using http.
For security reasons, chrome blocks these mixed scripting, switching the URLs to ones using https should do the trick.
@bradjasper, can you change your server configuration to support https images?
Another solution would be to use the images that were uploaded to GitHub. If the filenames are consistent, this could be done in seconds via find and replace.

Currently they're hosted on GitHub static pages so I'm not sure if that can support HTTPS.

I can look at switching hosting when I plan the next update.

HTTPS support in GitHub seems to be site wide and available for all resources so it should be ready to go. I don't know how you linked to it, but, https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bradjasper/subtle-patterns-bookmarklet/gh-pages/patterns/45degreee_fabric.png works just fine. I did something like that for https://d2ueh8f0j2xol3.cloudfront.net/subtle-patterns-bookmarklet/static/js/all.js.
