I am not sure if I understand your issue. I have no control over how Github renders reStructuredText documents. There may also be differences in web browsers. On an ubuntu system and firefox, I see no problems and the document is rendered perfectly well.

Anyway, I may add a PDF printout version for those who may have similar problems. Before I do, I am attaching it one here.
