Blocks and items aren't disappearing fully

First of all, I hope this project isn't abandoned, because this would be handy to prevent stealing and copying plots while we have a build competition (if so, maybe we can see this flag in PlotSquared if possible).
So the issue is, that some items and blocks aren't disappearing fully, once you have set the flag.

- The plot on the right is the spawn, it doesn't have the flag

I don't know what's causing the issue, but I hope this could get fixed.
