Menu items not captialised

Minor issue but all the menu items start with lower case, even though headings etc. are upper case. Think this probably just needs the directories in the repo renaming.

I like this, to be honest.

I'm undecided, but can see that lowercase might be preferred. It just might be nice to be consistent between the menu and the headings.
