Difficulty Uploading Custom Source Text

I have a ~4,000 KB .txt file that I've been trying to upload and for some reason it just leaves me on the screen with "uploading..." and does nothing. I've had it sitting for a few hours and it still isn't doing anything, I've tried multiple times, nothing. No idea what's going on.

I am having the same issue right now, just that it happens with 1kB files and files that worked before too.

I'm also having the same issue. The text file I've been testing with is a UTF-8 encoded .txt file, just like the upload instructions specify, and originally used the Windows line break format (CR/LF), although I have tried converting it to the Macintosh (CR) and Unix (LF) formats in Word, which made no difference, as the file still would not upload. The file is listed as 8KB on disk and I have also tested with two other text files that are 5 and 6 KB, as well as a number of even smaller text files. The only other things that might be affecting the properties of the text file is that it was created in Word and manually saved as a text file, and some of the text was copied from a website.
