Not able to open the psd

I am using adobe firework cs5 and go an error message when I try to open the psd: "Could not complete your request.  An error occured".  Realy helpfull error message from adobe firework :)

Proposed file size are 7106 x 2400 pixels with a resolution of 72 pix/inch.
