Good explanations of each fix.

Can you verify that the notes are in order of priority, in particular the first three notes should be the three most significant from the user's perspective? This is the most important of my suggestions.

Can you add a bit more detail to "Various documentation fixes and improvements." - for example what has been improved - Getting Started, tutorials, samples, API reference?

Ideally, release notes should be no more than 10 entries (typically this is the maximum someone will read before skimming or skipping the rest). If there are less important entries, they could be moved to the Revision History. This might include entries such as "resource leak" fixes.
