Add travis ci

We should add travis ci for automatic building of this project. Further more also for building release binaries, when tagging a release.

With integrated travis ci, also possible pull requests in future would be built automatically, to prevent compile errors merged into the development branch.

When creating a release, the project shall be build automatically for all possible target platforms.
