Work with failed parses #3
Description
Link grammar sometimes crashes or otherwise fails with long, complicated
sentences, or sentences having weird punctuation in weird places. We should
come up with some heuristics to modify the sentences by removing some words
and/or punctuation by means of some shallower parser perhaps and feed it back
to link grammar.
