Support creation and removal of items

Jython library supports add and remove of items. This is sometimes useful when working with virtual items.

Issue is to discuss adding that functionality and what it would look like.

Although I've never thought I needed it, perhaps it could come in handy one day.

Naturally I think the way to do it would be through the items hash, e.g. items.create and items.delete

I hadn't thought about that.. but I suppose

items["new_item_name"] = however_we_construct_a_new_item

Makes sense and then yes
items.delete foo
makes sense.
