Clear Button Malfunction

Describe the bug
Clear button refreshes gui, but does not clear out JTable

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run roi gui, enter initial value
2. Click on 'submit'
3. Click on 'clear'
4. See effects

Expected behavior
Clear button is supposed to clear out jtable or remove it
