Dry run --delete-removed deletes for real

When using -n (dry run) and --delete-removed it deletes the objects for real.

Thankfully I had versioning enabled on the bucket so no real data loss occurred. But man, this bug is horrendous.

Using s4cmd del --dry-run --recursive s3://bucket/path also fails to apply dry-run as the documentation shows it should.
