I'm using latest iOS 26 on iPhone 15 pro max. I also tried before updating on IOS 18.

Can you provide a link? I'm located in eu, are you sure your app is available worldwide?

i looked into it more and there are special steps i'd have to take to get it working in the EU.

Did you buy the necessary hardware components?
If so, i'll do the forms.

Just ran into this issue aswell - unfortunately a VPN alone won't work to get US App Store content in the EU. AFAIK the App Store region is defined by the country of the Apple Account.

For now I've built the app in xcode and am running it on my device building it once a week - would be really cool to have this app available in the EU App store aswell though.
