Bug: Incremental Rems are not shown in the queue

If a document has no flashcards but only incremental Rems, the incremental Rems will mostly not show in the queue. If I however add at lest one flashcard, they suddenly do show. This is also demonstrated in the video.

@randygrok You have solved this issue in your very first PR (#94 ) but apparently subsequent alterations brought the issue back.
