[FEATURE] Make the Execute Repetition command save review time to PageHistoryEntry, so that the review is tracked by the PDF Control Panel when the rem has a PDF source

Executing a repetition using the command, outside of the queue (in the Editor), saves the time for the History slot of Incremental powerup, but not to the PDF Control Panel (PageHistoryEntry) does not receive this information and is not updated.

We should integrate these two controls is such a way that reviewing a chapter (IncRem with that PDF source) in the Editor, using the command, would also be tracked by the PDF Control Panel.

Also, I am already storing time and other info in the History slot of Incremental powerup. But we still do not have a widget to see this history (like we have for flashcards when pressing "/" twice). Also, we should think of a way of not losing this info when the user presses Done and untags (maybe in the synced storage; I fear creating another slot, because users go crazy when they see unwanted slots cluttering their UI).
