Integrate Swww on Aether

Would really like if Aether could run animated Gifs as background wallpapers!

Aether is shapping up to be the most feature packed wallpaper manager there is for Omarchy/Arch, the only thing that it dont cover yet is dynamic/animated wallpapers.

Here enters Swww https://github.com/LGFae/swww

i have used this app and like how light on resources it is and get the job done, so would be magical if we could setup animated wallpapers that auto theme Omarchy, even on wallpaper change transitions.

Could take a look at gui apps that interact with swww, like waypaper.

Thats fair, but it would be awesome! If the Aether mutagen like features becomes too dificult to implement together with, maybe a toogle to switch do swww inside the app.
I hope you can make both work together, i imagine the theme changing on gif wallpaper change.

Coming in the v4.3.0 release. Not awww or swww, but homebrewed using gtk layer shell, which initializes a player for mp4/webm. It also supports gif.
