[PM-30400] Fields need a manual tap to enter credentials only in Chrome

Steps To Reproduce

Following the issue reported #2170, which was subsequently closed, when iOS chrome address bar is set to bottom auto fill breaks. When set to bottom, after auto fill you need to manually tap the fields again to get it to fill.

Setting the iOS chrome address bar back to top immediately fixes the problem.

Expected Result

Autofill is supposed to auto fill

Actual Result

Autofill doesn’t fill until you manually tapping the fields again second time.

@rmcdowell-bitwarden my autofill broke again today despite my iOS browser address bar being set to top.

Messing around with settings I found that if I turn off bw Face ID so that I have to manually enter in my master password autofill works again. I then turned Face ID back on and autofill broke again. This is with chrome address bar at top.

I then set chrome address bar to bottom, turned off Face ID to manually enter master password, and autofill was still broke.

So there maybe an additional issue on top of having the address bar at bottom. That is it appears when at top it could break too, and turning Face ID off to manually enter password resolved it. Not sure if after some time it'll break again, because there's no way I can go longer than 15 mins with having to enter my master password in manually.

Also is somehow linked to iOS settings, Face ID & passcode, turned on Face ID for autofill and that's when this odd behavior starts.

I have a similar case with Chrome and address bar at the top. I’ve never had it set to bottom, but it seems when I have multiple saved entries that show up for a URI, it is failing to autofill. Tapping on the username/password field does not make it populate, going to the share sheet > Bitwarden allows me to select the site but only gives me copy option of username or password. This happens on iPhone and iPad.
