[BWA-232] Unable to activate "Lock app" in Bitwarden Authenticator

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap "Lock app".

Expected Result

For "Lock app" to be enabled.

Actual Result

"Lock app" is not enabled.

Additional Context

I first noticed this issue about a month or two ago. The "Lock app" feature has worked flawlessly for years before this point with a simple pattern lock enabled on my phone.

Things I've tried:
Changing my phone's screen lock.
Deleting cache and storage.
Reinstalling app.
Rebooting phone.

My report was a duplicate of this one, so my info is all there. But I want to mention again an important part. It seems this issue also caused, at least for me, being unable to start the app when the option was enabled before. It crashes when it's about to show the biometric unlock. It didn't cause me much trouble since I had a backup, but can be a major headache for some.
