adding mining transactions in CT messes up calculations

For some reason, not sure if its the script or cointracking, when i add a few mining transactions of VEO that had zero value when mined (speculative mining) and export the trade prices list, the script suddenly complains about missing btc, that it didnt do before i added those transactions. Im thinking these transactions shouldnt make a difference in this manner? Only difference in trades.csv are those transactions of zero value, and coins havent been sold. Ideas?

Can you do a diff between the two csv files (with and without the mining transactions) and post it? You should anonymize any personal information in the diff before you post it though.
