bitshares.ws domain hijacked - remove from codebase

Describe the bug

The bitshares.ws domain name was hijacked and is now redirecting to a random website.

This repo links to bitshares.ws in two places:

1. https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-ui/blob/a16296b1edfa0c2b13921e89ded61c30eaa37ffa/app/api/apiConfig.js
2. https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-ui/blob/a16296b1edfa0c2b13921e89ded61c30eaa37ffa/charting_library/install-charting-library.cjs

It cannot be trusted anymore.

To Reproduce

Avoid navigating to the hijacked domain.

Expected behavior

URLs used in the project are not hijacked.

Unfortunately install-charting-library.cjs is a dependency for build and deployment. At the moment I can fix the code (see #3782) but I'm unable to deploy the new code to desired target locations (E.G. https://develop.bitshares.org/).

The file that is being downloaded is the zip of the charting lib sources. I overlooked that this is hosted under bitshares.ws.

It must be hosted privately due to license agreement with TradingView, and can't be added to the repository unfortunately.

Either we move it to a new domain, or we bring back bitshares.ws (not hijacked, just not extended, but in grace period). Happy to discuss

@sschiessl-bcp the file is yours so I think it's up to you to decide whether to host it or where to host it. What do you think?

What's the plan? Changing charting library or hosting it elsewhere?

@sschiessl-bcp I guessed the file might have been moved there, so I made that change, but I was wrong, the file didn't exist, and the auto-build failed. I just checked it again, and the file still doesn't exist.
