User story
As the holder of a Bitmark Certificate, I want to allow other people to pay me in Bitcoin to use my asset a specified number of times.
Acceptance criteria
This is an extension of #1 . We presume the resource server helps users to host their files.
The resource is no longer available for the third parties once the requests for it exceeds the setting.
The authorization layer can later be adopted for Bitmark API. SDK users can buy credits and pay for transactions.
Payment are made over Lightning Network.
