how can I reproduce the issue?
I do not get the warning when I load the package or check the help. I do not see the error in the help file either.

I got this warning when I ran the CRAN checks ... is it gone?

Weird. I did not see the warning when I ran the CRAN checks last week. I do not see either with the latest version. Could you check if it still shows up when you run the checks?
