Docking Installation Instructions

Docking installation instructions are note very self-contained and can be non-obvious:

• ADFR_install/bin/reduce suppose that ADFR_install/ is in the current directory
  • There is usually not the case since the ADFR folder ends up in "Downloads"
  • After ADFR is installed, the script suggest to add the folder with binaries to PATH; we should probably clarify this and change commands from ADFR_install/bin/reduce to reduce once they are in the path

So @philbiggin made a mention of that a few days ago, where I think the assumption was that "ADFR_install" is just "path to ADFR install folder". I agree it's very confusing.

Yeah - I wrote something very hastily as a stop gap which I think was included, but agree it needs to be rewritten.

I think the main "issue" is that there is a lot of copy-paste going on. I guess the best way forward is to explain how to add the folders with binaries to the path so that everyone can type in the same commands later on.

Also, we should probably stress more the importance of reading the output of the executed scripts in order to spot errors/problems where they occur.

Yes - copy/paste is a problem if people are not paying attention. And agree with putting emphasis on checking outputs - that is something for next year..
