MakeSwift editor is not working when I load specific pages

We really appreciate the help making Catalyst and Makeswift better. Every issue helps!

Describe the bug
When navigating to pages that are not created with Makeswift, but contain components managed by Makeswift, the page gets stuck in a loading state and never fully loads. For example, The PLP includes components like FAQ and Footer, which are managed via Makeswift. If try to directly access the PLP page (e.g., by entering the URL manually) in order to manage those components, the page continuously loads and does not render.

Note this does not happen 100% of the time - but does occur consistently enough to negatively impact development

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to domain/engineers/on-demand-courses
2. Observe page fail to load

Thanks for the jam link that was helpful.

Our app is making a request to https://edcetera.vercel.app/api/makeswift/manifest from https://app.makeswift.com and getting a 308 Permanent Redirect / CORS issue. This is why the builder is failing to load. This redirect could be coming from a redirect set in your next.config.js. It could also be coming from middleware, but by default api routes are excluded from middleware by the middleware that ships with Catalyst.

Looking deeper into this, while the initial manifest request Josh is referring to above does appear to fail with CORS, the response status for that request is actually 308, with a redirect to the same URL but with a trailing slash, and the redirected request does complete successfully:

I think a more likely root cause of the page not being editable here are these two failed/aborted requests to https://edcetera.vercel.app/engineers/on-demand-courses/undefined/

I'd investigate/eliminate the source of these and see if it changes anything.
