Description of the bug

Greetings! I am new to the nextflow community：）
I am usingN E X T F L O W ~ version 25.10.2 and following the installation guide at https://docs.quantms.org/en/latest/

Is it a version issue?

nextflow run bigbio/quantms

 N E X T F L O W   ~  version 25.10.2

Project `bigbio/quantms` is currently stuck on revision: 1.6.0 -- you need to explicitly specify a revision with the option `-r` in order to use it

@lliligabriel I think this is an error with the latest version of the pipeline and the version of nextflow, if you downgrade the version nextflow, it should be fine. You can also use dev version, which is fine.
