Haptic vest unresponsive.

There's a weird issue with the latest version of the assets. For some reason, the vest doesn't react at all even when the markers in-game light up. I dont have any other assets installed on my avatar or VRChat, so I doubt its an OSC conflict. Plus, the OSC app often say my avatar has "No Haptic Available", which is weird because it does have the asset. I checked my settings to make sure OSC was enabled and it was, so I dont know why its not working.

This is using SteamVR VRChat, strangely enough when I use the Quest VRChat app, it works fine

I can also confirm this as well, I thought I was ok, just tested it on an older 40x and I get the same issue
