[zerolib] How to build zerolib from source?

I want to make changes to zerolib. I think I don't need to build the whole bflat distribution and I only have to build a new zerolib.dll and replace the one shipped with the bflat distribution. If I could build zerolib with bflat itself then it's so good. Because I don't want to install .NET SDK. But I can install .NET SDK if required.

Zerolib that comes with bflat was built with bflat build-il --stdlib:none. You can find the exact command line for each platform in the bflat.csproj file, just search for build-il
