Requirement
If an operation outcome error is shown from Tamanu when SENAITE tries to fetch lab requests these need to be shown in the log
Proposal
SENAITE to log an error with the content of the Operational Outcome if it receives one from Tamanu so that its easier to be seen when troubleshooting integration issues
Operation Outcomes look like:
Tamanu was returning this in Nauru, but from the SENAITE logs it just seemed like Tamanu was returning 0 results:
