Remove new sample line from Invalid report

Need to remove this sample has been replaced by from the republished invalid report
This report is only used if the sample is not rerun or amended so there won't be a new sample

Hi @markbes1, I created PR to remove from:

• bes.fnu.lims
• bes.nauri.lims
• bes.tonga.lims
• bes.samoa.lims
• kiribati.lims
• palau.lims

Am I missing any others?
