Include the name of the clinician who performed the test when sending results to Tamanu

Requirement

We would like to display the name of the person who performed a Lab Test in the Laboratory Officer field in Tamanu. This is per-test, so ideally SENAITE could send this value to us per test.

Proposal

This could be achieved by adding a FHIR Practitioner reference in the performer field of the Observation. As long as the reference has the clinician's display name in the display field, we can use that.

Yes - this sounds good. We have one option for which practitioners we put into the performer. It could be either the person who added the results or the person who verified the results. Looking at the specs: https://hl7.org/fhir/R4B/observation-definitions.html#Observation.performer - it says the performer is the person "Who was responsible for asserting the observed value as "true" "-- so it sounds like the verifier.

We could also potentially add both but there would be no mechanism to distinguish between who was the person who added the results and who verified them.

I would also suggest that we may as well include a practitioner reference and the display name. The reference can be used to identify whether it's a different practitioner with the same name which is not unheard of.

Verifier would be best if the tests are interfaced there would be no one who entered the results and it would show as Auto transmit for tested by in SENAITE
