For a paid program, I find it quite disappointing for several reasons:
It doesn't natively support debugging on the most popular IDE (VSCODE)
Sometimes sites disappear and services have to be restarted
The default nginx implementation includes directives that block standard files in a Laravel app
Support and documentation need improvement

What do you mean with "sites disappear"?
Also which service needs restart (and why?)
Additionally, what do you mean by blocking Standard files in nginx?

Hi, i add some screenshot to explain issues i've found:
I set my sites path:

And before last Herd upgrade i saw all my sites:

But now i see this:

If i try to link one:

I cannot:

Another Issue is about some NGINX directive in herd.conf that blocking favicon.ico and robot.txt that are very common in laravel apps, or not ?

location = /favicon.ico { access_log off; log_not_found off; }
location = /robots.txt  { access_log off; log_not_found off; }

Last is about xdebug, i know that there are some limitation with VSCODE and i've found some workaround but i think that you need to update Herd docs to explain it
