NHSE item layer file has an increased size with recent releases and updates. This seems to be causing a problem with SysBot, with Sysbot giving an "File filename does not exist or does not have the correct .nhl extension" error.

I'm not sure if the problem is with SysBot not recognizing the increased size (Sysbot needs updating, NHSE is fine), or if the increased size is incorrect (SysBot is fine, NHSE needs updating). I didn't see any issues opened in NHSE for this, but wanted to move the discussion from the discord channel to here.
