Dragging of thumbnails

Currently, dragging thumbnails copies the dragged page within the same document. 

Also, cross-document dragging does not work: dragging pages from one document will copy the same indexed pages of the receiving document. (E.g. dragging page 4 from one document to another will just duplicate page 4 of the recipient.)
