Add DOI's?

Should we add DOI's at some point? Probably prior to publishing about the BEL platform.

I would like to have the complete flow/framework completed before heavy implementation begins. So yes, lets add DOI's as it seems relatively straight forward.

I put this as a long-term backlog item. I figure once we have everything working and are ready to publish about the BEL Language and BEL API/Platform - that's the time to figure out DOI's for the different codebases.
