UI Design - Advise when court order is required for restoration #32864

Design is needed for the following restoration scenario:
This extra validation needs to be implemented for the Full Restoration filing:
IF the company was created before March 29, 2004
AND IF the company was historical for more than 10 years, at the time of Restoration
THEN a Full Restoration filing requires a Court Order to proceed.
