Schedule and run a Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions with Thor, SRE/Jacky, Jimmy to ensure proper understanding of operational processes and system support.
Tasks:
• Coordinate and schedule KT sessions
• Prepare agenda and required materials
• Conduct KT sessions
Expected Outcomes / Acceptance Criteria:
• Walkthrough of current operational processes, including:
- Common failure modes
- Existing runbooks
- Environments
- Escalation paths
• Identification and documentation of any missing runbooks
• Documentation of required permissions and access needs
• Session is recorded and shared with relevant stakeholders
