Refresh layout of Figma library

Bookmarking some outstanding areas for improvement in how the Figma library is presented:

1. Investigate whether there's an alternative layout that makes better use of screen space — current (portrait) format of individual component pages forces user to do a lot of zooming and scrolling
2. Revisit how we present the version history/changelog — current format of that page is going to become unwieldy as the library grows
3. Think about ways to illustrate components used together — ie. start laying groundwork towards templates/patterns
4. Cover page could use a bit of a facelift
