Common services changed to partner level services #1086
Description
These services/products that are shared in RDS will need to be migrated in some fashion to HMA support:
- Launchdarkly (feature flags) may be able to join in to common licensing
- Keycloak: bcregistry realm, how to provide access to specific role assignments for STR products
- Connect common services, how do partners access services like notify and the dev emails
- Artifact Registry: images are stored here, does HMA need its own?
- Firebase common projects: project prefix: yfthig, STR products should be moved to their own GCP project
- Payment queues, to manage their subscriptions
- BigQuery: DLQ for unprocessable Q messages
- SRE Github repo, do the CI/CD utils need any changes? Do partners just submit PR / Issue requests?
- Terraform does HMA need its own setup?
- Figjam - for live diagrams of the STR applications
