User Story

As a student i want to be able to request funding for the CSG-FT when I should be eligible based on the train out provision criteria.

Acceptance Criteria

Eligibility and Basic information

• Create a new application appeal for FT
• This appeal can be bundled with other application appeals
• Validation criteria will be the following
  • Student is eligible for this when they would otherwise be eligible for CSG - FT are not due to institution combinations below:
