Plot only one set of observations in Taylor Diagrams

When plotting normalised Taylor diagrams, all observations should lie at the same point (1.0) on the abscissa. Would it be possible to update the code so that only one set of obs are plotted, which is simply labelled Observations? This would save plotting and labelling multiple overlaying points.
