Reconfiguration doesn't restart the service (systemd) #42
Description
Seen this multiple times over the last couple of days: configuration changes, the ruby block of the service restart is called, but the service isn't actually restarted (and does not reload configuration).
Centos 7, ZK 3.4.6, latest cookbook version from Chef Supermarket.
