I manually installed Python Tools but it doesn't work

Hi,

Yesterday I installed Python Tools on Brackets 1.14.2 on Windows.

But it does nothing, I start typing in a python document but it doesn't autocomplete anything.

What is happening?

Same issue, autocomplete not working. Dont know if anything works.
